Ummmm... That's a tricky one. I'll say Hurricane Juan of 1985. There's a link on one of the posts that says stormpulse.com. Click on that one. Once you're there, click on more, which will show hurricane archive. Click on that. Click on 1980s. Look for Juan under 1985. Hope that was helpful.
